You may request a cancellation + refund at any time as long as the order has not been shipped out. Please note that there is a cancellation fee for all orders that is equal to 6% of the total paid. Whenever we refund a customer, the selling platform collects a fee to process this refund - the cancellation fee helps us cover these costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales of B-grade products are final.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or forgot to order certain items, we can edit your order for you as long the order has not been shipped out. In addition, if you have received your order and it contains the wrong items or is damaged, we will be able to help you as well.
